How to fix the problem with not valid subscription information?
I want to be able to upgrade directly from WordPress.

This problem was temporary and lasted a few hours. It's all working normally now.
Make sure that you're entering your email address, as we have it in our system. Log in to your account and check your registered email. Make sure that you're entering it and your update key without any leading or trailing spaces.

I have the same problem. But the "download" option does not show up. Instead I am invited to purchase a new subscription. I purchased the multilingual cms on 11 march 2011.
