You are running updated sitepress-multilingual-cms, but the following component is not updated:

Your site will not work as it should in this configuration Please update all components which you are using. For WPML components you can receive updates from your account or automatically, after you register WPML.

and we don't have access to the plugins files!, the former developer purchased it for us, and now i believe this the reason the website gives error 500 frequently! please help!

Welcome to WPML support forum.

Please try the following or contact your developer for that:
- Deactivate and remove your WPML Multilingual CMS.
- Download our WPML 4.2.1.
- Upload it and activate it.
- Upgrade the rest of the suite from the Dashboard.
Does it work this time?

If you don't have access to your account, you will fave to contact your developer in order to do so or buy a WPML license.

we can no longer reach the developer that purchased the plugin for us! that was a web design
services firm or office and it was in China! we can't reach them anymore! what should we do? the website is facing a lot of problems and becoming slower, i think it is because of this issue.
please advise
