Tell us what you are trying to do?

I got the below message in the wordpress dash board.

What actions do i need to take please.

WPML Update is Incomplete
You are running updated sitepress-multilingual-cms, woocommerce-multilingual, wpml-media-translation, wpml-string-translation and wpml-translation-management, but the following components are not updated:

sitepress-multilingual-cms
wpml-string-translation
wpml-translation-management
Your site will not work as it should in this configuration Please update all components which you are using. For WPML components you can receive updates from your WPML.org account or automatically, after you register WPML.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve these issues.

The issue is happening because some of the WPML plugins are not updated.
To resolve this, could you please try the below steps?

- Go to Dashboard -> Updates
- Press the "Check Again" button
- Press the "Update" button at the bottom of the page

If that does not fix it, try the following:

- Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial
- Press the "Check for updates" button

- Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ look for your current key and erase it.
- Create a new one for your site.
- Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial
- Click on the "Unregister WPML from this site" button - Register WPML adding your new key.

If that does not fix the issue you can manually update the plugins.
❌ Before proceeding please make a full website backup! ❌
- Download the latest version of WPML from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Disable WPML Multilingual CMS
- Delete WPML Multilingual CMS (the settings and the translations are saved in the database so they will not be deleted)
- Upload the freshly downloaded WPML plugin from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin
- Activate WPML
