Dear Sirs,

After updating the hidden link website the WPML module is not longer registered. We can not update the WPML module so we get the following errors in the WP-admin:

"WPML Update is Incomplete

You are running updated sitepress-multilingual-cms, but the following component is not updated:
wpml-string-translation
wpml-translation-management
Your site will not work as it should in this configuration Please update all components which you are using. For WPML components you can receive updates from your WPML.org account or automatically, after you register WPML."

Because we can not update the website because we can not add the website, we used the manual website registration in the WPML.org site manager and we added the key in the WP-CONFIG.PHP but both don't work. We also completely removed the plugin and reinstalled but this also did not fix the problem.

We are now running:
WPML Multilingual CMS 4.2.7.1
WPML String Translation 2.7.3
WPML Translation Management 2.5.2
Wordpress 5.2

We get the following error: "You are using an invalid site key defined as the constant OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_WPML (most likely in wp-config.php). Please remove it or use the correct value in order to be able to register correctly."

We tried above, but it didn't fix the issue.

Thank you in advance.
Kind regards

Hi,

It looks like our IP is blacklisted on your servers, can you whitelist us? We have checked the response from your server when registering and get a 403 forbidden response with the following message: "blocked temporarily. check back later".

Our IP is: 213.171.134.69

Hi,

the IP was unblocked - can you please confirm this solves the issue?

Thanks, this seemed to be the problem. One last question; Is it normal that this message:

"You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key."

stays on the plugin page when using a .env file & define in the wp-config to set the key? The OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_WPML error message is now gone but the above message still appears on the plugin page.

EDIT:
Further question: What can be the reason that we were added to your blacklist?

Hi,

the message should be gone, but it might be a caching problem for example.

You can try clearing the cache in WPML going to:
WPML -> Support -> "troubleshooting" link -> "Clear the WPML cache" button
Please do a backup first.

Otherwise, you can remove the notice from the database - it should be in the wp_option table, wpml_notices entry.

Your website was blocked on the 27th of August as it sent odd calls to our website, this is what the System team told me. You might want to check your logs to see exactly what happened.

Let me know if this helps you or if you need further assistance.
