I am using WPML on a WooCommerce website. I am also using Woo Layout Injector, a plugin for the Divi theme with which you can create custom WooCommerce pages.

Dutch WooCommerce pages (shop page and individual product pages) are showing like they should, but when you switch to English only blank pages with a footer and header but with no content are displayed. Important to note is that this issue doesn't occur on the My Account and Checkout pages.

I am pretty sure that WPML and Woo Layout Injector aren't completely compatible. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this compatibility issue or if there is a (temporary) workaround.

Here are some topics I found of people experiencing the exact same issue:

Thanks for contacting support.
Our developers are in contact with the author of the Woo Layout Injector plugin to resolve compatibility issues. As of now, the plugin is not officially compatible. As you already pointed out, several users have reported issues and you can see that in several of the tickets that you linked some customers never replied so it has been difficult to establish a workaround for this.

That said, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Thanks. When I tried to login to the WP backend it says that the username is invalid, can you double check? I'll enable the private fields below again in case you need to update the info.

Instead of Woo Layout Injector I am now using Divi BodyCommerce, a plugin with the same features and functionality, but with WPML compatibility.
