I got an update from the client that this fixed the issue finally. Are you planning releasing an update for this? As I understand now, I can't auto-update the WPML plugin, since we did the changes directly into one of your code files, correct?
One more thing. Can this issue be related to PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce? We have a premium plugin version which is compatible with WPML, but "sometimes" the Invoices have mixed languages like the emails do. Seems like the issue is the same.
Could you please check that as well on the demo website? Just generate a PDF document for your created orders.
Do you mean the issue still exists after the workaround with the mentioned plugin? I see all the plugins are outdated, so can you please update them too.
Yes, even after the fix the client notified me, that the issue still persists. I will update the plugin and let you know if you can close this ticket completely.
I can confirm that even updating to the newest version of the PDF slips plugin (both free and pro) the WPML translations are not being updated. Here's the screenshot hidden link I can see LT language instead of LV. I've double checked and the strings are translated as well in the Strings Translation section.
I have the PDF PRO plugin as well, which "should" connect to WPML and provide full translations, but it looks like it does not.
I can confirm, that the email issue still persists as well. If you look at your last order in the WP Email Log, with the ID of 28, you will see, that the logo, facebook link and some text is still in Lithunian, not Latvian.
Can you give the plugin authors a quick message and ask if there’s been any code changes elsewhere? If they can’t help, I’ll set up a test site and we can debug together. But that’ll take a bit longer than just asking them.
Sure, I can try to do that. Meanwhile, could you please address my message before? I think it got lost, since I've raised another issue with the PDF. It's related to the previous issue we were tackling. Here's the message:

I tried it out and it seems to be working fine. Instead of just providing the ID, could you also include the order language it should be in? Also, it would be helpful if you could share the wrong strings and the options you choose in the order dashboard that sends the email. This way, it’ll be easier for us to debug the issue.
Sorry, I thought I made myself clear. The order language is at this example Estonian. So the logos should be also Estonian hidden link , but they are in Lithuanian. The logo should say "Metsa Valgus"
Hope this makes sense now. Other strings look okay, I'm not seeing any other string whilst looking through WP Email log
