I see now that this ticket is closed already so I'm re-opening it. If you still need help with this issue so our developer is asking for the following.

1. Create screencast presenting the issue from the very beginning (screencast where site owner starts from doing re-import by just clicking the Run import button in WP All Import > Manage imports is not sufficient). The screencast could be created from the customer's installation or fresh installation.

2. Share with us a copy of the site used in the screencast.

3. Share with us CSV/XLSX/XML file(s) used during the import.

If needed, I'm activating now a private message for the next reply.
