Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Before we begin isolating the cause of this issue I kindly ask you to update all outdated plugins and themes, specially WPML plugins, to their latest version. Outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.

You can update WPML plugins by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial tab.

Note: Please don't forget to create a full backup of the site before making any change.

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi Francesco,
Thank you very much for your message.

I took a deeper look at the issue and it seems that the strings translated weren't the right ones. I added this code in WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration tab:

<wpml-config>
    <admin-texts>
        <key name="bkap_add_to_cart"></key>
        <key name="bkap_check_availability"></key>
    </admin-texts>
</wpml-config>

Please go to WPML -> String Translation and you will find the two labels of the buttons untranslated -> Translate this new labels and save the changes.

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?

Best regards,
Carlos

Hi Francesco,
Thank you for your feedback.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Regards,
Carlos
