I am trying to: Translate a page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The title in the same font size as the English version

Instead, I got: A title with a bigger font size than the English version.
Please check the attached screenshot

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

As you the classes are not same.
It seems you have to set the font size for them somewhere in your settings.

If not, we have to reproduce this in fresh installation and check.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Riffaz.

Hi.
1) As far as I know, when using the Translation Manager the CSS of all languages should be identical to the default language. Isn't this the case?
2) I'm not the only administrator, but I'm not aware of anyone setting a different CSS class for German. Is this even possible? An if so, where should I check to see if someone did this?
(Please answer both questions separately to avoid any confusion).
Thank you

PS: I have made a temporary workaround with some custom CSS which gives both classes the same font size. However this isn't the optimal solution, so I'd still like to find the root cause.

Hi,

1) As far as I know, when using the Translation Manager the CSS of all languages should be identical to the default language. Isn't this the case?
- yes, but in your case it's not.
- so we have to find the reason.

2) I'm not the only administrator, but I'm not aware of anyone setting a different CSS class for German. Is this even possible? An if so, where should I check to see if someone did this?
- may be in the elements you are using for this.
- can not say anything for sure till we check the backend.

We need to check this in a fresh installation.

please,
1. go to hidden link
2. install your theme
3. configure the WPML as you have it on your site. at the last step just click next (site key)
4. create only one page.
5. recreate the issue.
6. let us know how to check this and how to recreate this issue.
7. explain the step 6 with screenshots and URLs for better understanding.
