I am trying to: Display correctly the message informing a custtomer that he has changed the language during the course of an order booking

I'd like to have you try a few things so we can try to isolate the issue. This is just to help me identify if it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme that is causing the problem.

** IMPORTANT ** Please backup a working copy of site files and database before continuing.

Update all WPML plugins & WordPress core.

Disable all plugins except WPML related and then temporarily change the theme to a default WordPress such as TwentySeventeen. With these settings, is the issue resolved?

Thanks for your reply.

Longer than I thought as we don't use the traditional shop, so when I go on Twenty seventeen, I can't book... and so trying to see the behavior.

So we need to do something on our side to follow your process.

Nevertheless, the guy from Bellevue thinks that it is not due to the Bellevue Theme.

I had another ticket which has just been solved by Alday Ricardo.

I don't know if you're in contact with him but the fact is that he has got my data basis (duplication etc...).

Maybe you could have the opportunity to get those items from him, that's ok with me. Or maybe he could work on the present ticket and this display issue.

Please let me know your thoughts on this, I'll catch my message tomorrow (it's 10 p.m. here in France and I admit that I need to rest...).

Hi,

The theme loads this file: hidden link
which conflicts with the styles assigned to the dialog box.

Paste the following CSS code in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

.wcml-cart-dialog .ui-dialog-titlebar { padding: 0; }
div#wcml-cart-dialog-confirm { width: 100% !important; }

That should fix it.

It could be better looking if the popup window was on first lay. There is like a stripe that cover the box... Do you think you could give an html sentence to add to the theme custom css ?

I don't see that in my browser. See image below.
But you can add this code:

.wcml-cart-dialog { z-index: 500; }

If you still see the bar, you can increase the value up to 10000.

Thanks for this. That works perfect on explorer, Chrome and Firefox, Iphone. Still looks strange on Safari but that's probably due to the cache...

Another concern and I'm sorry about it. Concerning my issue on currency exchange there is still an issue and I've been obliged to open another ticket :
