This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the price displayed in the Slovenian language version of their WooCommerce site shows €11.16 instead of €10.90 when logged in with a Croatian shipping address, despite both language versions having the same product price set. This discrepancy does not occur in the Croatian language version.
Solution:
1. Confirm that both the Slovenian and Croatian product translations have identical, WPML-synced regular prices.
2. Check the WooCommerce Product Price widget on the Elementor single-product template, as it might be using a separate calculation or caching path for variable-product price ranges that doesn't match WooCommerce's core tax resolution.
3. If the issue persists, it suggests a potential problem with the display logic in Elementor or XStore, possibly bypassing WooCommerce's tax calculation under certain conditions. In this case, escalate the issue for specialized review.
4. If disabling all plugins and themes, including WPML, results in consistent pricing, the issue likely lies outside of WPML.

This solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

I have my website in slovenian language and croatian.
I have SI vat set at 22% and HR vat is set at 25%.

I have selected to enter my prices with VAT and display my prices with VAT.
Price of product is 10,90 and it shows 10,90 on both languages.

but if I'm logged in with my account and have my addres set to HR, the HR language still shows me 10.90 price (which is ok) but SI language is showing me 11.16 eur price (should still be 10,90).

what am I missing here?

Hello,
My name is Carlos, and I will continue working on this ticket

I kindly ask you to double-check if the issue persists in a minimal setup. Please follow these steps:
- Create a full site backup or create a staging site with a copy of the production site
- Update any outdated plugins or themes
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins, WooCommerce, and WCML
- If the issue disappeared, start by activating the theme, and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue appears again and you find the culprit.

Can you tell me the results of the steps described above?

Looking forward to your message.
Best regards,
Carlos

honestyl if I disable all the plugins and theme, even wpml, the price is the same, so that must make it a non wpml issue

Yes, if the issue persists with the WPML plugins disabled, then the cause is not in the WPML plugins. I'd recommend checking this with the WooCommerce technical support service. They should be able to help you solve this configuration issue.
