Hello there, since many months i discover an issue that's not good for my SEO.
The SEO metadata for some products categories are displayed in spanish, even if i'm in the French website (my main langage).
Example : hidden link
I make some deep analyses about this issue and it's like, the issue of wrong metadata langage affect only the categories whose primary langage is spanish. Even if they are correctly translated in french, this issue afect ONLY the SEO metadata... (using yoast premium, yoast woocommerce + WPML Seo)
I'm still analyzing your issue, I'll check in a local copy, to see if there's any plugins or theme conflict and will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.
I've tried downloading a copy of your website, but the process failed multiple times. To be able to verify the issue and test solutions, I need you to please create a staging (testing) copy of your website on the same server, so I can check for causes and solutions without harming the live website.
You can use a plugin to achieve that, or reach out to your hosting support, and they might be able to help you creating a staging website. Please send me the link to it here, when you are done. Thank you for the cooperation on this matter.
You can keep the same user you've already shared on staging, so I can access it directly.
Thank you for sharing. I've escalted your issue to our 2nd tier team, and will let you know as soon as I have relevant information to share. Thank you for your patience.
Can you please share access to the production environment (please share an user, with login and PW, instead of the login link).
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.

Thank you for sharing. We still don't know what's causing the issue. On the staging website, I deactivated all unrelated plugins, reactivated them and the issue was gone. Since we only have the issue in production, we'll investigate it there. We won't make any changes to production without checking with you.
