I am trying to:
Download an xliff file I can upload into PhraseApp.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
An xliff file with the strings from a post. The HTML chopped into strings.

Instead, I got:
An xliff file with the complete document fragment as one <trans-unit>.
