The client received a zip with 4 XLIFF files + 2 XLIFF files for EN>FR and EN>ES for an Elementor header template. The zip should have only contained the 4 xliff files for the page. Solution: I was not able to reproduce the issue. It's possible there had been some in progress jobs that got sent along with the new page sent to translation.

Hello,

1) How did the client download the xliff files?

if he did so from WPML > Translations, then it probably means that he had 2 elementor header jobs in his "queue" (Assigned to him) and he downloaded them by mistake

2) In order to reset this, please create a backup of your site and ask the client to go to WPML > translation management > Translation Jobs and delete all the active jobs (they will have a red X icon that can be pressed).

3) Now update that page and double check if all the jobs were correctly canceled.

4) Try to send the page with the languages that you want to translate again and now try to download the files again because we tried many things locally and the problem was never recreated on our end.

5) If you keep having the same issue, please ask the client to maybe record himself (you can use hidden link to easily do this) and then recreate the problem so we can see exactly what are the steps the client is following here.

Regards.

P.S: all this was probably asked by lauren already so this is just a reminder since it looks like the problem was already solved.

Regards.

I have followed client today as he create a translation job, all went well. Tomorrow I will follow his colleague creating another translation job. Please keep this ticket open a bit longer to see if other colleague is also now unable to reproduce the issue.
