This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing two issues: first, imported XLIFF translations are visible on the front-end but not within the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). Second, the Mega Menu breaks after synchronizing menus with WPML.
Solution:
For the XLIFF import issue, we explained that translation services rely on the Classic Translation Editor (CTE) and it is expected that translations will not be visible in the ATE nor editable there. To resolve this, we recommend disabling the ATE in the WPML translation editor options by navigating to WPML -> Settings. Switching to the CTE may serve as a workaround.
Regarding the Mega Menu issue after WPML Menus Sync, we would need more information to provide a specific solution. If you're experiencing similar issues, please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Hello,

As mentioned, this ticket will remain open for a maximum of 14 days from now unless we receive another reply from you in the meantime.

I hope this will be enough time for you to get back to me about this.

Anyhow, as I mentioned, the issue had been tested on your site with newly created translations jobs and I could not confirm that something did not work as expected.

Please do understand that I can not leave this ticket open on my queue as it honestly will have a bad influence on my support stats.

Therefore I would kindly like to ask you to only reply in case you can give me an example of something that is not working expected on your site and I will have a look at it right away.

If the issue keeps occurring on your site, or I did maybe not capture the issue correctly as I was not able to recreate it, please provide me a short video that visualizes the problem.

Best regards
Andreas
