Background of the issue:
I've purchased Multilingual CMS for life upgrade from CMS in 2017. I'm trying to install WPML on a new website.

Symptoms:
I get the notification "You are using an expired account of WPML".

Questions:
Why am I receiving the notification "You are using an expired account of WPML" when trying to install WPML on my new website, while I have a lifetime upgrade from 2017.

Hi,

Reference to our recent chat, since you were not responding and I needed to move this to this ticket.

Looks like something is preventing WPML core plugin to upload particularly. Because upload simply takes the zip file and expands in the plugins folder. It doesn't execute plugin's code.

While every other plugin is being uploaded successfully.

Here are 2 options:

1) Create another fresh installation in your server and try to upload WPML via Plugins page and see if it works?

2) Either #1 works or not, check with your hosting provider (the server support) for the issue, as well as, the error logs so we can look into more details.

Please let me know your findings.

Regards.
