I am trying to:
get rid of
This version of WPML allows the use of taxonomy terms with the same name across multiple languages. Your site currently has 4 taxonomy terms that require an update, so they will not be displayed with language suffixes.

As I understand, you run that action but the message is still there?
Can you take me some screenshots in the place you click the button?

Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click the following buttons
* Clear the cache in WPML
* Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
* Fix element_type collation
* Assign translation status to duplicated content
* Set language information
* Fix terms count
* Fix post type assignment for translations

Does that help?

NOTE:
+ Make a backup (both files and database) for your site before updating/proceeding anything (Always a good practice!).
