I got this error when I try to translate:
WPML tried to translate this page three times and failed.
Solution:
I found that some user accounts are missing the First name field, please make sure that all the user accounts have the following:
- First name
- Valid email format
In some cases, if any of the above is missing, it can cause issues with the WPML translation editor. So please go to Users > All Users and make sure about the above.
After that go to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs tab, then cancel the affected translation jobs and resend for translation
