Problem: You have assigned 290000 credits to your website as prompted by WPML, but you still receive an 'Out of Credits for Automatic Translation' message and the language switcher does not display a dropdown menu. After removing the domain, re-register the sitekey to your website by navigating to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab in your WordPress dashboard.
