Problem:
The client wanted to hide a language ONLY from the language switcher. He still wanted the visitors to be able to access this particular language on the frontend.

Solution:
We don't have an option for that. If you hide a language with WPML it won't be accessible on the frontend. The easiest way to do this is via custom CSS rules. Each item in this language list has a CSS class that ends with the language code. The code used here is:

li#jet-menu-item-wpml-ls-1821-cs {
    display: none;
}
