1. Edit the file

woocommerce-multilingual/classes/multi-currency/payment-gateways/class-wcml-currencies-payment-gateways.php

2. On line number 38, replace the existing code with:

add_action( 'wp_loaded', [ $this, 'init_gateways' ] );
