Translation Content Template (Toolset)
Problem: I created a Content Template and added its translations in the string translation. For a while, that worked. Then apparently someone else was messing around with the website and suddenly the translations no longer worked. So I checked everything but didn't find anything out of the ordinary.
Solution: I kindly ask you to try the steps described in this documentation and let me know the results: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/legacy-documentation/translating-layouts-and-views/legacy-templates-archives-views-translation/

No “duplicate” button
Problem:No "duplicate" button
Solution:please go to your page/post and scroll down to the bottom at Multilingual Content Setup and verify your settings.
if you have it set to " Make 'Pages' appear as translated" then the button is disabled, if you switch it back to "translatable " then it will re appear , you can apply this for all your pages/posts or just for the specific page that you want to add the translation to by duplicating it.
if are simply going to just duplicate the page/post without planning on adding translation then its ok just leaving it to " Make 'Pages' appear as translated" as it does the same without creating additional entries in your database.

Translated content doesn’t show correct language
Problem: On this page (https://development.weitblick-online.ch/en/business-cooperations-of-the-ifb/applied-research/) if you scroll to the end you will find a green box with a contact. Everything is correct (the image and name link to the english translation) except the function "Leiter IfB Weiterbildung HSG & Vize-Direktor am IfB" is in german. If you visit the persons post, you see that it is correctly translated to "Vice Director Institute for Management, Director Executive Education". But I need to have the correct english function displayed in the short version of the person too.
How can I do that?
Solution: I fixed the problem by setting the correct ID of the post in the shortcode in the English version of the page. In German this post ID is 326, but in English it is 4828. You can see the ID in the URL when you edit the person in both languages.
