Problem: The client was trying to translate Gravity Forms and expected to see the forms added to the basket and translation queue. However, they encountered a blank page when attempting to do so. Additionally, the Gravity Forms page indicated that the translation was in progress, but the basket would not show when trying to add the form to the translation again. Solution: We resolved the issue by re-installing the WPML plugin with a fresh version. If you're experiencing a similar problem, we recommend you try re-installing the WPML plugin.
