No products on the translated Romanian category page

Problem: No products shown on the translated category page Solution: The products are translated, but the product category uses the "Display as translated" mode (use translation if available or fallback to the default language), which is not translated. To fix this issue, please follow these steps. 1. Take a backup of your site in case something goes wrong. 2. Go to WPML -> Settings -> Taxonomy Translation. 3. For "Product categories (product_cat)," switch from "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language" to "Translatable - only show translated items". 4. Press the "Save" button. 5. Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting. 6. For the first option, select "Products" (from the dropdown), press the "Synchronize posts taxonomies" button, and wait for the process to finish. *7. Additionally, you might have to clear the transients. Check if the problem is solved. |
