Problem: The client was trying to translate a product template in the Divi Theme Builder but encountered an issue where the translated template would apply to both the French and English versions, regardless of the language loaded in the Theme Builder.
Solution: 1. We recommended the client to back up their site. 2. Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting. 3. Click on the buttons provided, including the one to synchronize templates. 4. If the issue persisted, we requested temporary access to the client's wp-admin and FTP for further investigation. 5. We also mentioned the possibility of using the Duplicator plugin to replicate the site locally for troubleshooting.
We were able to resolve the issue by synchronizing the templates from WPML > Support > Troubleshooting options.

J'essaie à traduire les emails WooCommerce mais les champs ne s'affichent pas dans String Translation.
La solution:
- Allez à WPML > Traduction de chaînes
- Cliquez sur le lien bleu en bas de page: "Traduire les textes dans les écrans d'admin »"
- Cherchez les option dont vous souhaitez traduire. Sur ce menu, on peut trouver toutes les chaînes associés a votre admin WooCommerce.
- Cochez les cases pour toutes les chaînes d'intérêt.
- Cliquez sur le bouton "Appliquer".
Désormais, vous pouvez trouver vos chaînes dans le panneau de Traduction de chaînes.

Le client avait des soucis pour faire apparaitre la traduction de son footer DIVI
Solution:
Les header et footer DIVI sont considérés comme des type de contenus et doivent être traduits en utilisant "Gestion de traduction"
- Allez dans "WPML > Gestion de traduction > Filtrer par type de contenu = Footer Layout
- Envoyez votre footer à la traduction et procédez à la traduction
