**Problem:** I am having this issue while trying to add a second website to my WPML account. An error message appeared, directing me to support.
**Solution:** 1. To remove the German language version from the old website (www.landmann.tax) in about two weeks and keep only the English version, you can refer to the documentation [here](https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/).
2. For the additional website (www.mltax.de), which is currently a copy of the old website and intended for building a new website with German and English versions, you should check for the banner [here](https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/) when copying the site from the old server. You can select the "This is only a copy..." option.
