Hi,

Welcome to WPML Support. I'll do my best to help you solve this issue.

If you are seeing a message that tells you that WPML cannot write MO files, in most of the time it’s a file permission problem. WPML is attempting to write to the languages folder in WordPress, but that folder is not accessible due to the server restrictions.

As the message says you will need to contact your hosting support and make sure the folder ".../wp-content/languages" is writable.

Please check next link for more related info: https://wpml.org/faq/cannot-write-mo-files/

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Marsel

Hi,

In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site?

* To provide the debug information:

- Login to your site and go to WPML -> Support, in there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire text box content and copy it.
- Go back to our support forum, find the debug information box, and paste it.
More information on the link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I am not able to access the links you sent to check what is going on, so could you tell me what are you trying to do and what issue are you having.

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel
