Background of the issue:
I am trying to set my basic language to Dutch on my WooCommerce/WordPress site using WPML. The site I need help with is lien caché.

Symptoms:
My WooCommerce/WordPress site is partly in English and partly in Dutch, despite setting the basic language to Dutch. The website and backend have mixed languages, with some words and buttons in Dutch and others in English.

Questions:
Why is my website displaying both English and Dutch despite setting the basic language to Dutch?
How can I ensure that my entire website and backend are consistently in Dutch?
