Hello..
I have imported multilingual products (French and German) with wp all import and wo all import pro.
But the products are not related in the two languages.
However, I did use the ID as a unique identifier and also configured the mapping as shown in the photo.
My site is hidden link.
How to do ?
It's a little urgent for me

Hello

Are these products "simple" or "Variable"?

Are you using custom or global attributes?

In general, it is important that the unique identifier be the same in the following 2 locations as well as in the primary language import. (see images)

In all instances the value you would want to use would the shorter one (so {ref[1]} in both places).

I hope this helps you.

Thank you for your answer.

In my import, there are simple products and variable products. Attributes are global attributes.
I used the product ID as a unique identifier when importing into French and also when importing into German. therefore the unique identifier is the same in both cases.

I also did the mapping with the product IDs.

But the products are not related

For these cases, please send me a video of how you are importing the products. Please include the upload of one simple product in default language.

Then the screencast of the import of the translation of this one product .

I can then see how the unique identifier is being used and possibly ask for input from the WPML AI developer.
Thanks

I showed you in these videos how I imported the products in both languages.

If you have any idea why they weren't connected, please help me

My instinct is that you need to choose a unique identifier that is NOT the id (which gets overwritten/assigned on import).

Could you use another field like SKU? This is the scenario I normally see.

But, overall, the process looks correct and after you test using the SKU field as the unique idenrifier instead, I will send this to developer for comment.

Thanks for your reply.
