Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage glossary entries on my site hidden link using WPML. I believe the terms are already present because when I attempt to add them again, I receive a message indicating that the term already exists.

Symptoms:
When I click on 'Glossary', I get the message: 'No entries match your search, try expanding your search criteria.'

Questions:
Why can't I see any terms in the glossary even though they seem to exist?
How can I resolve the issue of glossary terms not displaying?

Hello,

Please check the Glossary now. We have imported the missing Glossary items, and it is now possible to add Glossary terms in Italian.

Please review it and let us know your feedback. Refer to the attached images for more details.
