Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a Spanish page to English or Portuguese using WPML on a site already published.

Symptoms:
I get an error message in WordPress that does not allow me to enter the translation module.

Questions:
What is causing the error message when trying to translate the page?
How can I resolve the issue to access the translation module?
