Hi There, It will be better if you could share temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site so that I can investigate the issue closely. If possible, try to share access to a Staging site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Sometimes, we need to take a copy of the site if escalation is required. For this, I may need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Hello There, Thanks for updating the password. It works. In order to change the default language of the site, I accessed the "WPML > Languages" section and found that the French language has already been configured as the default language for the site. Please check this screenshot(hidden link) for a better understanding. As French is already set as the default language of the site, do you still need assistance in this matter? Hi Prosenjit, thank you. I was aware of that, but the WordPress Dashboard language is still Spanish (not French) and in General Settings the site language seems to be still set in Spanish (please see the attachment). |

Hello There, Thanks for clarifying the issue. I would like to inform you that the language displayed on the WordPress Dashboard is based on the language setting of the user's profile. Upon checking, I noticed that your profile's language is currently set to "Espanol," which is why the dashboard is appearing in the Spanish language. Please check this screenshot(hidden link) for a better understanding. Please follow the steps below to solve the issue. Kindly note that the names are mentioned in Spanish for a better understanding of the locations where changes need to be made: - From your WordPress dashboard, Go to the "Usuarios > Perfil" section.
