I have written a new blog article and translated it manually. When I click the flags for other languages, it just changes the URL, not the content. Also, the content of the Author Box always is in the original language.
Pls, help asap.

Kind regards,
Carmen

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum.

1. Let's start by meeting WPML's minimum requirements as it could impact your translations. I've noticed your website has a low PHP memory allocation (40M). The minimum requirement for WPML is 128M but we recommend 256M:

- Access your server via FTP and open wp-config.php (in your WordPress root directory).

- Insert those lines just before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

/* Memory Limit */
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

More info: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

- Then make a small edit in your original article (like adding a space at the end of the title) and resave it. That should be enough to update the translation. Enter the translation and revalidate it.

2. Another common issue I see with theme builder such as Elementor is the use of a specific template. If you use an Elementor template for that page, then make sure to translate that template in "WPML > Translation Management".

Hello, I have done all that you asked but still, the translations do not work. Here is the url: hidden link. What do you think I can do about this?

I have translated the text again, from the Elementor editor. still, some parts are not translated and I do not know how to make it work so the visitors see professional content. I have translated all the Templates I am using. What more can I do?
Thank you!

Hello,

At this stage, I'd like to request an admin access in order to have a closer look. I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database.
