This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see the logo on their Serbian site and there are no display photos on recent posts on the Serbian site.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with missing logos or images on your multilingual site, we recommend following these steps:
1. Ensure the WPML Media Translation plugin is installed and activated. You can install it via your WP dashboard under Plugins >> Add New Plugin >> Commercial tab, or download it from here.
2. Navigate to WPML >> Media Translation.
3. Use the search function to find the logo by entering 'logo' and clicking the Filter button.
4. Click on the Plus (+) icon next to the logo, add the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button, and then click “Save media translation”.
5. Clear all types of site/server/CDN cache.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to see the logo on the Serbian site here: hidden link. I expected to see the logo like on the main site: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The logo doesn't appear on the Serbian site. Additionally, there are no display photos on recent posts on the Serbian site, as seen here: hidden link.

Questions:
Why doesn't the logo appear on the Serbian site?
Why are there no display photos on recent posts on the Serbian site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I visited your site: hidden link and it seems it shows the images correctly as you can see in the attached screenshot. However, I can see the missing logo image issue on your site.

This type of issue usually happens when the logo image is not translated/copied into secondary languages. Could you please follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Install/activate the WPML Media Translation plugin on your site. If the WPML is registered properly on your site, please go to your WP dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New Plugin > Commercial tab and install that plugin, or you should be able to download it from here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-media/

2. After activating the WPML Media Translation plugin, go to WPML >> Media Translation.
3. Search for the logo name e.g. “logo” and press the Filter button.
4. Click on the Plus(+) icon, add the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button.
5. Press the “Save media translation” button.
6. Clear all sorts of site/server/CDN cache and see if this resolves the issue.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you

Hello,
I just realized that the issue with display photos is not solved at all.
You can see what this category page looks like:
hidden link
Some posts do have display photo, others don't
I hope I don't have to manually edit each post in order for these photos to appear.
This is the only plugin I am paying for, and the one that gave me the biggest number of problems by far!
So please help me with this asap.
I believe it all happened since I clicked on a recommendation you added a week or two ago. I don't remember what it was, but it was supposed to make everything better. Instead, problem after problem...

I’ll handle this issue separately in the separate ticket here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/post-images-missing-on-secondary-language-category-page/

If the logo translation issue is resolved, please mark this ticket as resolved and we can continue investigating the missing images on the category page in the other ticket.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience
