Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where strings were not translating unless the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered" was enabled.
Solution:
We recommended installing the WooCommerce WPML plugin to resolve the issue. If you're experiencing this problem, we suggest trying the same solution. However, please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If after trying this you still encounter issues, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Issue was resolved by installing woocommerce wpml plugin
