No referring sitemaps detected

abd-alrahmann	Background of the issue: I have this website: hidden link I am using WPML to translate the website from English to Arabic. All URLs, both in the English and Arabic versions, are included in the sitemap.xml file. However, I noticed an important issue: Pages in the English version, such as: hidden link are detected by Google through the sitemap.xml file: hidden link Whereas articles in Arabic, such as: hidden link show this problem: No referring sitemaps detected. I am using WPML to translate the website into Arabic, and I am also using Rank Math. I would appreciate solving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you! Symptoms: Pages in the English version are detected by Google through the sitemap.xml file, but articles in Arabic show the problem: No referring sitemaps detected. Questions: Why are Arabic articles not being detected by Google through the sitemap.xml file? How can I ensure that Arabic articles are included in the sitemap and detected by Google?

The "no referring sitemap detected" warning simply means that Google discovered the URL through your site’s internal links rather than from the sitemap, which is completely normal. From the screenshot, I can see that the page is already indexed by Google. Sitemaps serve as a backup crawling tool for search engines, so as long as the page is indexed, there's no need to worry about this warning. For more details, you can refer to the following guide from Rank Math: hidden link I also checked your site's sitemap and can confirm that the Arabic link is included. Please refer to this screenshot: hidden link So, it’s possible that the warning you received is a false positive. If you regenerate the sitemap and submit it to Google Search Console, I hope you won't see the warning again. Rest assured, this warning won't affect the indexing of the link or cause any SEO issues.
