Background of the issue:
I am trying to solve the error related to the String Translation table on my site. The issue can be seen on the page: hidden link

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further.

Please be sure to back up the site and database before granting us access.
If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site login details will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
We will need access to the database to analyze this issue. I will install a plugin for this purpose. Let me know in case you do not agree on that, and I will provide you instructions about what need to be verified.

We do only have restricted access to the website.
In this case it is not possible for us to install plugins. Please provide complete admin access to the website, as we need to install a plugin to revise the database and it might be that we need to install temporarly one of our tech-support plugins to solve the issue.

This is odd, as I could not see the Admin Menu for adding plugins plus a few other menu sections. I tried again now, and the menu is available.
I see there is an issue with at least one of WPML's tabled. I am waiting for a second tier support to fix this issue and will notifiy you here once it's done.
