This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with Woocommerce not displaying products properly, particularly when using the

[sale_products]

shortcode, it might be related to the interaction between WPML and your theme.
Solution:
First, verify if the issue persists when the default theme is enabled and WPML is disabled, which should display discounted products correctly. If this resolves the issue, it indicates a compatibility problem between WPML and your current theme. We recommend you to enable debug information to further diagnose the issue. Please follow the instructions on how to retrieve this information from your site and provide it to us by visiting http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Yesterday also I discussed with the same issue with Shekhar Bhandari. The issue is still unresolved.
Theme developer says WPML is the issue, WPML says, no issue with WPML.
The following is the reply from the theme developer (Hara by Thembay).
I'm using the test page shortcode [sale_products] . I use the 'Health Check & Troubleshooting' plugin to debug.

+ Case 1: When the theme is activated and WPML is not used, a list of discounted products is displayed.
+ Case 2: When activating WPML with the Hara theme, discounted products are not displayed.
+ Case 3: When WPML is activated and the default theme is activated, the following is not displayed.
+ Case 4: When the default theme is enabled and WPML is disabled, it will display discounted products.

=> The error of not displaying discounted products is not related to the Hara theme, and I can't help you with that.

As I checked in same theme on different website, but without WPML. There the element widget is working fine.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Where does shortcode [sale_products] come from?

+ Case 4: When the default theme is enabled, and WPML is disabled, it will display discounted products.

Can you please show me this case? I do not see it in the screencast.

I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please refer to this link for instructions on how to retrieve this information from your site and provide it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
