Problem:
The client noticed that their site was connected to 15 unknown websites, raising concerns about security risks.
Solution:
We investigated the issue and discovered that a supporter had mistakenly used a registration ID belonging to another client. This error led to the appearance of unfamiliar website URLs on the client's dashboard. We are currently removing these incorrect connections and will refund any credits used due to this mistake. We confirm that the client's site and WPML account are secure. We apologize for the inconvenience and are reviewing our procedures to prevent similar errors in the future.
