Overview of the issue
When ordering two products from different vendors, you get issues with order notification emails:
- Vendors don't receive a notification email with the order placed.
- The client who placed the order receives a notification email that has mixed languages.
Workaround
We are currently trying to resolve this issue with the plugin author.

We are having a similar problem on our site, whereby the Customer confirmation email does not include the Customer's Serial License Key depending on the language used to purchase the product.
We have a multi-lingual site (Spanish, Portuguese-Brazil, English), currently only purchases made in English receive the Serial Key in their email receipt. Negative for Spanish & Portuguese.
We are using Avada 5.8.1 these -with Woocommerce 3.5.4 and Woocommerce Serial Key 2.3.2
Additionally we are unable to update WPML and are receiving a The package could not be installed. (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature) – for which we have opened ticket.
Are the two issues related? 1. unable to update and, 2. the confirmation email for Spanish and Portuguese being deficient of the Serial Key?
We finally were able to update WPML Multilingual CMS and its associated plug-ins (posted elsewhere) – however, the email issue (as stated above) continues.
We are working with Dokan plugin author to resolve the issue. As soon as this issue is resolved, I will update you.

The email issue doesn´t occure if we deactivate "Woocommerce Multilingual".
Can we use WPML without "Woocommerce Multilingual"?

You need to have the "WooCommerce Multilingual" plugin activated in order to translate your WooCommerce shop.
We are working with Dokan author to resolve this issue. I will let you know once the issue is resolved.

Hi!
I still have some mixed translation in a few woocommerce emails. Some strings are properly translated, but for some reason they show up in english while all the rest of the email is in french (the desired language).
Did you find a fix?
All my plugins are up to date.

Hi Simone. there's no ETA for this work at the moment but I have just pinged the lead developer and I hope we can offer a fix soon. I'll update here when we have some news.

Hi, we still do not have an ETA but it was added to our development cycles and we are looking at how we can either fix of offer another solution.

Any updates on this? It seems that Dokan & WPML are never going to be compatible. It has been almost 2 years already. I also contacted Dokan support and they don't seem keen to work for a fix anytime soon. What's going on?

We were purchase Dokan because it has many features we need in our multivendor storeplace. Using another means we lost those and all that it means for our clients, and all work already done.
It has been several years now since I can see the same status. Is it really a plan to fix this ?
