WooCommerce Subscriptions - When upgrading a subscription with different options, "sign up fee (Upgrade)" is converted incorrectly to secondary currencies

Overview of the issue

WooCommerce Subscriptions module users who use WooCommerce Multilingual multi-currency mode may notice that the subtotal cost conversion when a customer upgrades a subscription is not calculated correctly and that conversion is applied twice.

Workaround

Our developers are currently working to provide a resolution for this issue.

You can temporarily disable subscription upgrades and downgrades by following these steps:

1. In your Admin Dashboard, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Subscriptions.
2. Scroll down to the Switching → Allow Switching section.
3. Uncheck the box labeled Allow Switching Between Subscription Variations.
4. Click Save Changes.
