Hi I just installed media translation to translate some images.
I changed the image in media translation but it didn't change anything.
I choose the image in the translation manager, no change.
I scanned again all the images in the settings, no change.

Probably I do something wrong, so can you assist me?

Please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
Can you please try to do a backup of your site and go to WPML > Support > troubleshooting and try all the following buttons:

If the issue still there, please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps.
1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS.
2- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
3- Create a new page with an image
4- Translate the page and then translate the image

Does the issue persist? If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one there is causing a conflict issue.

Please backup your database before performing the above test

No, nothing changed. All the other images are working properly..
The problem insists in the one I'm trying to change.

It's the "Handcrafted" image in the mobile view, in homepage.
