This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have a front page in English and its translation in French, both designed with Elementor. After updating the design on the English page, the French page does not reflect these updates, resulting in a different appearance.
Solution:
This issue is related to Elementor caching. We recommend you re-translate the homepage's content and disable the caching feature in Elementor. Here are the steps:
1. Re-translate the content of your homepage.
2. Go to Elementor > Settings > Features.
3. Disable the 'Element Caching' option.
For more details, refer to our documentation on this issue: Elementor Translated Pages Show Stale Content After Being Updated.

Background of the issue:
I have a front page in English and a translation in French on my site hidden link. Both pages are designed with Elementor. I updated the design of the English page.

Symptoms:
The French page does not reflect the design updates made to the English page, resulting in a broken or different appearance.

Questions:
How can I synchronize design updates between the English and French pages?

Hi Mick,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I see the front page has a different header layout between English, French and Danish. Do you use the WordPress editor to create the translation page?
I suggest you use the Advanced Translation Editor to translate content on the site and keep the same layout across languages.

I also need more information on your site by sharing the debug info. If you don’t know how to share the debug info, please follow this article https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
Your next reply is enabled to share the debug info.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

I suggest you edit the page in English > Make a small change to the content > Save > Update the translation by using Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and see if it helps.

If not, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site so I can take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

It is the Elementor caching issue. After re-translating the homepage's content and disabling the option Elementor > Settings > Features > Element Caching, the page elements are displayed the same across languages.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/errata/elementor-translated-pages-show-stale-content-after-being-updated/

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
