Problem:
The client is using the 'Local Pickup Plus' plugin to manage pickup options for products that cannot be shipped. While the 'Must be picked up' option works correctly in the default language (Dutch), it fails to enforce this restriction in other languages, allowing default shipping options like DPD to appear.
Solution:
We identified that the issue stems from a custom field added by the 'Local Pickup Plus' plugin that isn't being synchronized across translations. To resolve this, we recommend:
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings.
2. Locate the Local Pickup custom field and set it to COPY.
3. Save the settings and then resave the product in your default language.
