Avant de déboguer le code du widget, je vous suggère de vérifier d'abord si l'URL s'affiche lorsque vous la recherchez dans la barre de recherche supérieure. Recherchez "http" ici : lien caché

Si elle n'apparaît pas, cliquez sur l'icône d'engrenage pour ouvrir les paramètres de l'éditeur et activez les options suivantes : lien caché

Actualisez ensuite l'éditeur et voyez si cela change quelque chose.

Si cela ne vous aide pas, veuillez partager un accès à votre site ci-dessous. Je créerai alors une nouvelle page de test avec ce widget et vous guiderai pour reproduire le problème s'il n'est pas évident.

S'agit-il du widget Elementor par défaut ?

Pourriez-vous me donner accès à votre site ? Je pourrais alors appliquer ce widget sur une page brouillon et essayer de le traduire. Je vérifierai votre configuration et pourquoi WPML n'est pas en mesure de le détecter.

As my colleague Ilyes explained, the custom widget can't be translated automatically; you need to instruct WPML about what needs to be translated and what needs to be copied using wpml-config.xml file or PHP code.

I kindly request you to please take a look at the shared documents once, but I have created the custom rules for your widget for now.

Please go to WPML > Settings > Custom XML configuration and add this code

NOTE: Please change the "WidgetName" with the actual widget name that you have set in the `get_name()` function.

Once saved, edit the page and update some content, then translate again. This time, you will only see external links in the editor; internal links will be translated automatically.

I have excluded "Tracking Category" and "Link Style" from translation, assuming those will be copied and the same for all languages.

Your configuration XML appears to be correct. I also checked the config on your website; it seems you have adjusted it yourself, and I didn’t find any issues during a quick review.

Could you please confirm whether you updated the original French page before translating it again?

You mentioned that you prefer not to update the original French page, but this is how WPML works:

- You update the WPML config.
- When the original page is saved, WPML registers the strings on the save page event, not when the config changes.

To make things easier:

- You are not required to make content changes—simply updating the French post (even without modifications) is enough.
- A bulk edit from the Pages list will also work.
- If you have a large number of pages, an update via WP-CLI will also trigger the necessary changes.

Important:
If a translation is in progress and you update the original page/post, the in-progress translation will not be affected.

I suggest following these steps:

1. Complete any translations that are currently in progress.
2. Bulk-update the list of pages that have completed translations.
3. Re-translate them.
