translate not working,You don't have the rights to translate from English to Albanian

lionelC-3	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate content on my site hidden link using WPML. Symptoms: Translation is not working, and I receive an error message stating that I don't have the rights to translate from English to Albanian. Questions: Why am I unable to translate from English to Albanian? How can I resolve the issue of not having translation rights?
