This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are unable to translate the bottom-most text in the footer of your website using the WPML plugin. This text is part of the Flatsome theme and does not appear in the WPML String Translation interface.
Solution:
To translate the copyright text in the Flatsome theme, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML >> String Translation page.
2. Scroll down and click on the Translate texts in admin screens » link at the bottom of the page.
3. Search for the required string.
4. Select the string. If the string is already "Registered and locked" as shown in the screenshot, please skip steps 4-6 and proceed to step 7.
5. Click on the Add to String Translation button.
6. Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link.
7. Add the translation from the WPML >> String Translation page.
If the source language of the string is incorrect, you may assign the correct language by following this documentation: How to change the source language of strings.
