We have an issue with the emails, we have a website with 7 languages. We are using Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer to customize the emails. The email that is going out from the website has mixed content

Hello,

I have done more debugging last night regarding emails and I manage to find that a function that I had on the live server and didn't have on the clone site, messed up the translation from the emails.
But, still, the subject and footer are mixed on pre-orders, there is still an issue.

1. Here in the order, I still have mixed content with the description from the delivery method. hidden link

2. I still don't understand from where it's this text coming, it's in German and it should be in polish. hidden link

3. Those are the issues regarding pre-orders where it's still mixed content. The subject, the title of the product, and the headline from the email are in another language, it should be in Romanian. hidden link

Also, this is the function that we had in function that's messing with the emails and gived us mixed content for the emails from Woocommerce.

We had a few rounds of testing and got the expected results in the local copy and the staging site after resaving the translation of strings having issues. Because the strings like the following were in *Needs Update* status. Refer to the attached images for more details.

So please try it now in Polish & Romanian language on your staging site, and let us know your feedback.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your support.
Indeed now it's working for normal emails.
But, for pre-orders emails, we still have some issues. Attached is an image hidden link . This Pre-Order was made in English.
I have changed the language to RO, an sent a note. This is the result hidden link
I have a new pro-order, directly in Romanian and those are the results, hidden link
I still need your help to solve this issues.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. WooCommerce Pre Orders is using different a string for this purpose. I am getting the expected results after adding this string for translation from WPML>>String Translation>>Translate texts in admin screens and translate it.

Hello there,
Yes, you are right, and thank you for your support. I have translated now the subject and it's ok, but we still have a problem, the name of the product isn't in the right language.
Here is a preorder made in Romanian and the title of the product it's in German hidden link . Also, in your screenshots, you can find this issue.

Thank you for the updates. I have a couple of questions to track and make sure the bug(the name of the product isn't in the right language).

1) Please check the attached image. It is showing the correct results in Spanish. So does it work as expected in other languages(except for Romanian)?

2) Is this issue only happening with the Pre-order mails

1. Indeed seams to be an issue only with the ROMANIAN language. I have also tasted with French, German, Italy and seems to be ok. But, in the subject of the title it's still in German. hidden link

2. Yes, only on pre-orders products

Thank you for the updates. For further testing, I have upgraded to the latest version of WooCommerce and Elementor on the staging site. After that, it is showing a fatal error. Please check the attached image.

The debug.log is not showing any error related to this. Therefore please check if you are getting any error notifications in the admin email. Sorry for the trouble.
