Hi,

this kind of notifications is usually translated automatically by WooCommerce Multilingual using WooCommerce language files.

If you want to change the translation, you need to use String Translation. Go to WPML -> String Translation and in "Select strings within domain" choose "woocommerce". Then you can narrow your search writing some words from the strings you want to translate.

You can find more information on how String Translation works here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Let me know if you need further help on this matter.
