Tell us what you are trying to do? I don't understand what I have to do to translate widgets too

Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see? I don't know

There are 2 ways to translate widgets , one is by using WPML String Translation and the other one by using a widget per language

please review the following documentation , the second option i find works the best for almost all widgets
